This Was An  All Out Great Experiance.
Arrived And On The Water At The Crack Of Dawn.
(( Main Gate Does Not Have The PWF Sign On It, I Looked Hard For It Maybe Just Missed It..Note When Entering, Very Dark Out Here, The Boat Ramp Is Located Just Past The 2nd Gate Turn Left At The Portable Outhouse.
Property Map Is A Little Misleading))

Started Off With A Great Problem, Where Do I Go First ?
John Already Had Is Plan From Studying The Previous Reports And Maps (Did His Homework)
As He Turned Left From The Boat Ramp And Went To Work Down The West Bank.
I Just Couldn’t Resist The Temptation Of The Massive Pile Of Trees Located Straight Out From The Ramp.
It Was Still More Dark Than Light When I Had A Blowup On A Whopper Plopper And The Fight Was On
This Time The Fish Won As I Lost Her At The Side Of The Boat 4LBs+
Time To Recoup, Next Cast, Same Bait Same Location And Her Twin Sister Was Sitting There Waiting For It.
She’s In The Boat This Time.
Lost Site Of John At This Point But I Could Hear Him Hoot & Holler And Knew He Was
Enjoying The Same Experiance I Was Having.
The A.M. Bite Was Incredible As I Was Landing Multiple Good Solid Strong Healthy Fish On Top Water And The Hits Came One After The Other…
After That Slowed Down, John Was Working The Deepest Area On The North Side And I Went To The Big Sandy Walls On The East And Started Chunking A Swim Jig
And Boated Several Nice Fish From There And The 2 Small Islands On The North Side.
I Believe From About Sun Up To About 09:30 These Fish Would Have Gone After Anything You Wanted To Throw At Them. “Your Choice”.
Took An Hour Break About Noon, Started Slow, Now Picking Up Some Smaller Fish, My First Cull Didn’t Happen Until About 15:00
Thats Was How Good The Day Started. John Was Having Better Success With Some Larger Fish Around The South Islands And That Massive Pile Of Trees
When He Got 1 Of His 5 Pounders And Lost A Couple Other Bigger Fish At The Boat..
Yes These Fish Are Very Strong Fighters And We Both Lost A Few Rounds To Them.. ((We’LL Get You Next Time))
All In All This Was A Spectacular Fun Day With Both Quality & Quantity And This Lake Is Just Going To Get Better Over Time.
We Will No Doubt Be Back To Fish This Great Piece Of Water, After All This Is What It’s All About
Great Friends And A Blessed Day Of Mother Nature  And Fish On ! ! !

Lines Tight Ya’LL
And Keep On Fishing  πŸŸ

Nice work gents!

I believe Josh had noted the teeth on these larger fish- I have a band aid on my left thumb. These fish are very aggressive and I think travel in pairs. I had a weird feeling  bit on a worm, real weird. I set hook on. 3.5er. As it came to the boat a fish same size was trying to get the worm from the other. Cool to see. Also the lost hook sets were sharp hooks not penetrating, even several tanks on the rod to drive it home. Folk these are some aggressive very tough fish. Back to the teeth- you can feel each row and any near every tooth instead of that grainy sandpaper feel. Woohoo I got battle scars!

I take it the teeth on these fish is a genetic trait seen in the Florida strains?

Just a genetic thing – not sure if FL specific but as I recall, the bass at El Salto have good teeth on them as well (FL strain).
