Fished from 6:30-11:30am. Weather was pretty nice for august with little wind to start but was gusting pretty good by the end of the morning. 
 

Started at low tier pond and worked topwater with a frog and prop bait before sun fully came up.  Only managed 1 small one on frog working the west bank from the dam to back shallows.  Moved to east side and grabbed a few more rods including my rig with a z craw. First cast towards the middle and the 4lber smoked it. Subsequently caught 2 more on z craw and one more on frog. Noticed with the wind pushing towards the dam they were pinning bait up under trees right at the bank of the dam. 
 

Moved to upper tier and parked car on the road and hoofed it down to dock.  Picked up 3 dinks south of dock.  Switched to b hite delight Jack hammer and caught the 3.5lber off the dam. Walked entire shore of upper tier and no other takers. 
 

Moved to middle tier and fished the dock and dam around to first finger. No action. 
 

Ended morning back on lower tier and picked up 1 more on z craw, 1 on lipless and 3 more on weightless senko right off the dam in between the trees.

The vegetation in the lower tier pond was great, looks like the grass carp are doing their job. Was surprised I could get a ½ oz lipless through most of the middle with no issues.
