Lee lake is a great Lake that has consistently produced fish. 

My son and I got a late start this morning and didn't arrive at the lake until 8am for our half-day reservation. 

The lake has caught a lot of water since my last visit. There is a lot of vegetation but it presents no problems for fishing as the water level is so high that it a foot or so below the surface in most of the lake.

The lake was covered with thousands of large dragon flies and the fish were actively feeding on them. 

We were off of the water by 11:30 and had boated a total of 27 fish of which 9 and were under 14 inches and we're culled. Largest fish was just about 3 pounds with the average fish being about 16 inches.

Fish were caught on buzz bait, spinner baits and weightless soft plastics in flooded bushes along the shore and deeper weed lines as the day progressed.
