(((ROAD TO LAKE WARNING)))
With All The Rain We’ve Had The Past Few Day’s
There Is A Stretch Of The Road About Half Way To The Lake
That Could Present Some Without 4X4 With Major Problems Getting Pass.
Especially If Your Trailering Your Boat.
Very Unstable, Up Hill Very Soft Rutted & Slick.
So If You Have Reservations On Timber Lake In The Next Couple Of Days
Or Until This Dry’s Up
You Should Keep This In Mind…..
John & I Hit The Water Right At Sun Up
I Went To The Dam Area And John Went Towards The Point Before The The Boat Shed..
Within 10 Minutes We Landed 2 Prize Fighters, A 3 & 4LB .
If You Haven’t Fished Timber Yet You’re Going To Love These Bass
They Don’t Ever Quit The Fight…
Stayed Steady Througout The Day With Good Strong Quality Fish.
Most Coming From Pitching On Top Of The Grass Line And Bouncing It Off
And Wait For The Hit Or Explosian..
Picked Up A Few Jig Fish In Deeper Water Off Of The Timber..
About 16:00 I Was Crusing Around The Point Near The Boat Launch
When I Pitched On Top Of The Grass From 30 Ft Away When The 5.24 LB Exploded And The Fight Was On.
At The Very Same Time John Had His Pole Bent Over By A Very Visious 3+ LB’er
They Gave It There All But John And I Managed To Boat Them Both
“Knocked Out The Prize Fighter”
This Lake Is Quickly Becomeing A Top Favorite Of Mine
Beautiful, Peacefull & Full Of Strong Aggressive Healthy Bass…
Until Next Go Around
Stay Fishing My Friends..
