It was a long drive from Denton, but worth it. I fished from 6:30 to noon. I didn’t bring my kayak because of the previous report that the fishing was great from the bank. Next time I will take my boat to access more of the lake. There is lots of vegetation along the bank and I lost a couple of good fish in it. But, there was a lot of action for about 4 hours of fishing. The swim bait with under spin produced the largest fish.The owner came by and we had a nice conversation about the history of his place. He didn’t even know there were any bass in his lakes until someone asked to fish them. I’ll be back
