It was cold as we arrived (36) and very chilly in the boat but we started catching fish almost as soon as we launched on the big lake. Fishing was steady with most of the catches coming on a variation of pumpkin green Senko’s (wacky rig, straight worm hook with and with out wieghts). A few were caught on flukes and creature soft plastics. Moved to Comanche around 10 which had a very consistent bite up until breaking for lunch. However most were small dinks with a few good size ones. Back to the big lake for mid afternoon fishing which was slower but than the morning but still productive. We gave the small lake below the dam a brief try which produced one fish. All in all a good day. Wind was mostly low with occasional strong bursts. Weather got up to mid 60’s by mid afternoon. We did try several top water lures without success.
