It was a fun day of fishing, started around 830am after thunderstorms passed and left at dusk. Both lakes where flooded. East lake was easier to fish than west lake. West lake was hard to fish from bank due to flooding. Majority of bass were caught on east lake. If your going to use the boats make sure to take your on trolling motor. Heavy winds made fishing hard but still caught alot of fish. The bass were pre spawn with a few on beds. My son caught one just over 5 pounds majority where between 2 to 4 pounds. I will fish this lake again.
