Four of us fished Five Finger from about 10:00 am until about 3:30 pm. Water temp was 44 degrees at the start and about 46 when we gave up. Not one fish caught, not one bite, strike or nibble between four people. The water was amazingly clear and the lake has tons of structure, some vegetation and rock ledges that should hold fish. It's actually a very pretty property that was fun to explore and provided options for getting out of the wind. Our fish finders picked up fish in the deeper areas however we didn't physically see but one fish...which is kind of surprising given how absolutely crystal clear the water is. In fact, it was very easy to see detail on the bottom 8'-10' down. If there are fish here, they were most certainly catatonic. Maybe worth a try in the summer. Easy drive from Dallas.
