Picturesque morning as cold front rolled in about half way through our set.  Morning bite was slow but picked up mid-morning working soft plastics along weed beds and stumps.  Lake has lots of stumps right below the surface so finding that honey hole is tough as it seems like cover is abundant.  You also need to be cognizant running your trolling motor with the plentiful stumps.  With added wind from the front, holding steady in any one place proved difficult but nice-size bass were landed near the stumps opposite of the boathouse.  No complaints about the property or the very spacious and comfortable pontoon boat.  Great way to spend a Monday morning...
