Fished from approx 5:15 PM to 8:40 PM and managed to boat 10 bass up to 3.5 lbs. Hot, humid, and still - wind had really died down. Forgot fish finder - so not sure on water temp etc. The lake was as full as I've seen it, up and thru the overflow drain. Also, the lake condition was the bassiest I've seen it. Great water color and a little more vegetation than in years past, but not impeding the fishability at all. No pattern - caught them just scattered around relating to shore/weeds, or on the deeper edge of the weedline, and on a variety of baits - GP Senko, Bluegill Flash paddletail, craw colored creature on a swinging head jig, shad patterned Fluke. No surface activity after sundown, etc. Overall though, just another great PWF escape. Something about driving into this little lake is so refreshing and fun. Will be back!
