Started off using green watermelon senko, caught most fish on this.  Perch were frustrating us constantly picking at them but still had success catching smaller bass on that.  After lunch, switched to a big, brownish green, Berkley power bait worm with red flakes. Bigger bait, bigger fish.  We didn't catch as many as we caught on the Senko but 3 of the 4 over 14", were caught on the bigger bait, plus the perch left it alone for the most part.  Used a frog a few times and had 2 decent size bass hit it, but couldn't set the hook on either.

Wind was relentless all day and could only really fish the protected areas at each end of the lake.  Hydrilla and grass made it hard if not impossible to fish anything but a plastic or a frog.  Good day in all.
