The bite started out a little slow but as we made our way towards the upper end of the lake we started getting bit on a belly weighted red shad colored senko.  Lots of fish on beds including a near 9 pounder we caught near the bridge.  Thankfully my son had the net ready as the hook fell out just as he put her in the net.  This lake is a must fish for all members!
