My son an I continued our San Antonio area trip at Hill Country Ranch on 3-14.  My second cast was a 4lb 8oz.  4th cast was another 4lb 8oz.  Our best 5 for the day was 22lb.  My son caught the biggest fish at 6lb 8oz.  We caught fish pretty much everywhere.  But mainly focused on the deeper grass edges because that seemed to produce the larger fish.  I think we culled about 25 small ones.  We could have culled more, but our first pass around we forgot the fish basket and I didn't want them flopping around the bottom of the boat.  Most of the fish came on either a lipless crank or a senko.  Color didn't seem to matter.  This was an awesome trip and a beautiful property.
