 Got to speak with Steve Cody on the way in.  Him and his family are great people, and awesome hosts.  Fishing was a little more consistent this time.  Fished upper and lower hart 3-7.  Was very windy with gusts up to 30mph.  Caught 16 total with 3 cull fish. Biggest fish at 4lbs. With the wind blowing, I stuck to moving baits the whole time.  Water is still high, and still stained, but clearer then last report.
