Property Name : Five Finger Springs
Reservation Date : 11/26/2019 All Day -
Total Fish/Sizes : 16, half culls, largest 3.1
Lures Used : Flies and TX Worm

Fished from 9 to 5 on Tuesday with misty and light rain most of the day. Rain did not seem to help the catching, in fact it seemed like when the rain stopped the bite improved. Water temp ranged from 57 to 61. Caught 16 with half returned, two largest were 2.7 and 3.1. Heavy winds thwarted my fly fishing efforts in the exposed portion of the lake – fortunately there are several fingers to get out of the South wind. When I wasn’t fly fishing (olive wooly bugger and half and half), I broke out my TX rigged worm (Bama and green pumpkin red flake). As previous report stated the bass are feisty for their size and for most part looked well fed. Unique property, huge boulders under the water throughout the lake and on the shoreline. Easy to get to and only 1 hour from my North Dallas door to gate. Great boat ramp. Thankful to have PW lakes to fish.
