The wind blew a little bit harder yesterday then predicted.  Kind of threw a wrench in some of the techniques I planned on using.  Caught 7 culls in 4 hours.  Fished upper hart only.  Fishing was slow.  Most caught on pitching a jig up close to structure.  And slow rolling a spinner bait.  Water level is low, and the lilly pads are a lot more prominent then last time I was here.
