Fished the morning of 3-29-19 with my 15 year old nephew. Visibility was 4" and there was much more weeds than I've seen at this lake before. We circled the lake and threw everything I could think of with no success. We took a snack break and decided to throw rattle traps from the pier while we ate our Ding Dongs. That's what they wanted. All 10 fish were caught on rattle traps from the left side of the pier. Nothing from the right side.

Not at all what I was expecting but we had fun anyway.
