Fished from 8:00am to 1:00. Trolling motor problems caused two delays, but I brought an extra battery and that solved the problem.

Caught 8 total. 4 returned and 4 culled, all returned fish were over 3lbs with the largest right at 4lbs. All fish were extremely healthy and good fighters. Threw all manner of top water, rattle traps, and spinner baits before finding what they wanted. 7 of 8 fish were caught on Pearl White Super Flukes. All caught within 6' of the bank. Presented other Fluke colors too but white was where the action was. Had several on and several missed hits on the White Fluke as well. It was really all they seemed to want.

As I'm sure everyone knows, this is an absolutely beautiful property! It was my first time but will certainly not be the last. Great way to spend a Friday morning playing hooky.
