Took my nephew to Cody Ranch, 3/10. Fished the Hart Lakes. Fishing was slow, caught 5 in, about 6 hours of fishing. All under the slot limit. Fished several different lures. Upper Hart was muddier then usally and water levels were low. Lower hart was full, and water had a little stain to it as compared to usual. Oklahoma had one of the coldest winters in a while, I'm sure some of you texas guys have noticed the colder temps as well. I haven't found any fish moving up shallow yet in any of the properties I have fished. Feels like its going to be a later spawn this year. As we are still getting in the 30's at night.
