We fished Kicapoo for 2 1/2 hours on Sunday afternoon.  First time to nice, easy to get to property, good to have a nice, new, dry jonboat.  For Dec after a weak cold front, the fishing was ok with 6 harvested little guys and 5 returned that a hair over 14" to 15".  Success on Ned rig, a curly tail grub, and a sm boot tail swimbait.  Lake was full with 3ft viz and 57* temp.  Vegetation was all under the surface and mostly dying.  Fish were scattered and relating to the bank or out to 4 or 5ft.  It was pleasure - blessed!
