Spent Sunday morning at Hart Lakes with my brother and son, about half on Upper and half on Lower.  A lot of smaller fish in both lakes, culled about 30 out of 38 caught.  Lost a couple of big ones in Upper Hart, probably 5+ lbs.  The weeds and lily pads make it tough to fish anything but weedless soft plastics, but they were definitely in the lily pads.  Tried a frog, but they weren't interested in top water.  Boy, that road Steve Cody put in between the two lakes sure is nice and convenient.  Really made it easy to switch between the two lakes if we wanted.  We'll be back
