Air temp was in the 70s and first time I'd been here that there was minimal wind, overcast with fine mist through much of the morning, just a beautiful day. I also had a chance to meet the land owner and had a nice chat in which he updated me on some of the upgrades that he's making to the property. Good guy.

The fishing was OK, caught 4 in 3 hours of fishing all 2-3 pounds. All the action was on dark blue Senkos dipped in Spike-it and rigged weightless. Nothing on top waters, and the vegetation was minimal so I threw a chatterbait as well as Rattle traps for a bit with no luck.  

As always, a nice trip to an enjoyable convenient property.
