Tough Morning at Tarpley.  Started by spending 1/2 hour to get in because of wrong gate code.  Seems the landowner notified the club of new combination then didn't change the lock.  Thanks to Seth for saving my butt.  However, by the time I got on the water the wind was absolutely howling.  I threw crank baits, Spinner Baits of every color imaginable, topwater, swimming baits, stick baits, crawdads, bass assasins and not even a bite.  Fished all along the dam and around the bend till the moss got too bad to keep off the prop.   Finally got a hit on a motor oil worm off the dam.  One more about 5 minutes later and then the whole lake was dead again.  Both fish under 14 inches so I culled them.  Have had some good days here so not sure why they were so uncooperative today.
