The fish were jumping everywhere!  I took my youngest son (age 9) camping on Thursday 7/25 and fished Thursday night and Friday morning.  The lake is a little low, but it didn’t stop the fish from biting.  We caught 15 bass on Thursday and about the same on Friday.  My son caught 4 bass in a row in the 3-4 lb range.  His last cast resulted in a very healthy 3.5lb fish.

All fish were caught on soft plastics (craws and frogs).  I threw a $7 topwater frog that broke the line…. it’s a present for the next person to find.
