So far this is the only lake I've fished with private water fishing, but today was my THIRD TRIP IN ONE WEEK! Three different weather conditions, brutal heat but each time caught at least 20 bass. Today I would consider it the ‘worst’ of the three trips because of the bright sun, no clouds, and no wind. 

But me and my buddy still managed to catch about 30 bass in about four or five hours this morning. He loves eating them so it's really cool that this lake has a generous culling policy of 16 inches which on average is like about 2 pounds. I think total we had 20 culls today. 

Seems like it's rare to catch a fish under 2 pounds here, There's some definite patterns for where the bash congregate, but we were still catching fish at noon with 100° air temp and 87° water temp.

This lake is on the pricey side, but at least for me it is absolutely worth it. It’s reliable, a constant level lake unaffected by drought, easy launch, and a great variety of structure and style of fishing.
