Lures Used : Whooper ploppers early, then rattle traps, jigs and TX rig
Arrived at sun up and 3 of the first 4 casts landed fish. The first 2 hours was every 5th cast it seemed. Obviously that’s not the case, but it sure seemed like it. Nothing real big all day, but I had to put double digits back. I did hook a “log” with a tail, but never got him in the boat. After lunch the bite slowed as the sun finally came out and the wind sat down. It was a great day on a beautiful, small lake.
