Took my son out and I caught 2 early one on a swim bait 3# and another on a buzz bait 4#.  However, we got to the farthest point of at the top of the “L” and my battery died.  Forgot my paddle, found a large log and rowed our way back.  Went to walmart, picked up a new battery and back to fishing.  We kind of lost interest and we’re beat from paddling and no more luck.  Still a great day on the lake, my son had fun and is ready to go again.  No harvesting.  The property showed it had a boat lock, but there was no lock there.
