I was off from work for Good Friday so took my wife fishing to the closest lake to our home.  Didn't catch a fish until 9 AM and then caught a 3.5, 5.5 and then a 4.5 in about an hour.  Water temp 72.  Didn't catch anything shallow or on top water.  All were fairly deep in the long L.  Wife caught one that was almost 3 pounds on a blue wacky. She hung a brute that was at least a 6 pounder on an old school rebel crawdad near the pontoon boat but lost it at the boat.  Lost count at some point but was about 15 total bass.  No culls.  All were at least 2 pounds. Home by 12:30 PM
