1 fish in 6 hours. No boat on premises. One huge barge/platoon that is impossible to use. Open gate and proximity to neighbors leads me to believe this spot is waaay overfished by unauthorized locals. 
 

Fished entire perimeter. Tried all the tricks. Saw several bass. But no joy.
