My wife and I fished White Bison Ranch this past Monday.  We got to the lake about 10:30am and fished until 3:30pm.  We got fish all around the lake, literally on both ends, all four “corners” of the lake, around the Beaver Dam island and in the shallow pocket, back left corner (from the dock).  We had little wind for most of the time, just a slight ripple, Jerkbaits and Chop Block shone here, accounting for over half our fish.  Rattle Baits and Spinnerbaits did well when the wind came up after 2pm.  Generals were throw in areas where we saw followers on the Chop Block and in the shallow pocket, where we saw Bass trying to pair up and criuse the shallows, definitely looking like they’re getting ready to spawn.  The Quiver worm got bit around the island.  Solid day, no giants landed but we did see them.  Largest fish came on a Spinnerbait.  We’ll certainly go back.  This lake is a gem.
