No wind, no clouds, very clear water, start of prespawn. Fished for about 8 hours, only could get 2 bites on a slow chatterbait, and one 5lb pounder on a Spinnerbait. Saw a couple roaming the flats but wouldn't bite.

Thanks for the update. Bluebird skies and no wind at Grain Bin make for a tough day, especially with that water being so clear.
It sounds like a real grind for 8 hours, but landing that 5 lb fish on a spinnerbait is a great win. Those roaming fish can be frustrating when they won't commit, but at least you found a way to trigger a few quality bites. I am glad you got one of the big ones to stay pinned.
