Lures Used : All bass were caught on 4 & 5" Yum Dingers with 2 caught on a red crank bait

1. Started off a little chilly 41’ but felt really great and ended up 79’ by noon which was fantastic.
2. Unfortunately it was a bright sunny day which makes fishing more difficult as the visability is 6 plus ft.
3. Wind 3 to 9 on and off all day which is perfect and just enough ripples for a clear lake like Jones.
4. Lake level down 24” which still works good access for launching yaks or small boats.   
5. The lake when fulll is approx. a 9 acre lake, but has deep creeks running all through the lake and the damn also has deph which is great for winter fishing.
6. Only caught one fish along the shore line in approx. 3 to 4 ft as the rest were all caukght out in deeper water off the creek, tree lines and structure which the lake has plenty of.
7. One of the most unusual events was taking place while I was fishing as a crop duster 1n a small airplane was working the field next to the property and watching this guy drop down below the high lines and pop out the other side was amazing. What ever this guy makes can not be enough.
