Fished Waterboo the afternoon of the 11th – amazing weather for November. In the 70’s, mostly blue skies, light breeze. Water was a little stained (not the usual crystal clear). Lake is about 3’ low. Was able to launch the kayak ok, but lake bottom at the launch area is very soft. This is one of my favorite lakes for the peace and quiet and great scenery. Have fished here for about 25 years on and off and usually soft plastics are the way to go, but not today…. Not much action on freelined senkos, wacky worm or TX rig. Guess today they wanted to chase a bait. Caught over 20, most on lipless crank, jerk bait and then quite a few on top water at the end. Really fun afternoon
