Total Fish/Sizes : 60 - Biggest 4.2 lbs.
Lures Used : Chatter bait, Ned rig, wacky rigged Senko
Mike and I fished from noon to 4:30. Water temperature was 67 degrees and water clarity 3’ to 4’. We caught 60 fish. Biggest was 4.2 lbs. We harvested 20 bass and 1 crappie. The rest were 2 to 3 ½ lbs. And did catch 1 Bluegill. A chatter bait with a craw tail was the best lure. A wacky rigged Senko worked well, but caught more of the smaller fish. A ned rig worked as well out in the middle of the lake. The east bank and the northeast cove were most of the fish were caught. Launching and recovering our two small boats was a bit of a challenge with the mud, but we got throught it OK. Other than that, its a fun property and a nice addition to PWF, especially since it is so close.

Thanks for the nice report, Rick. Sounds like you had a pretty good day. I'll be there Saturday so your info will be very helpful.
You mentioned a challenge launching, and I've been advised that it can be very challenging after a rain. Do you have any suggestions? And are there any other spots to launch from nearby that might be better if the launch area is too sloppy? Thanks!
