Snuck out of work early to head to Flying J to get a quick afternoon of fishing.

Easy access from the gate to the lake.

Lake level is low and I don’t think it would be possible to trailer launch a boat from the boat ramp.  Hand launching a kayak or plastic boat is about all that’s possible.

Fished from 3 unitl dark and caught 86 fish with only 2 overs.  They are small but aggressive.  Caught them all from the bushes in the middle to the dam.  Fish were all over – along grass, near structure, out in the open water.

Although there is not much size it’s fun to catch that many fish!

Great property.  Can’t wait for these guys to grow up. This lake is going to be dynamite.
