Fished this property for the first time with fellow member Andy Dear. Although we both live west of San Antonio, this property is amazing and worth the 2 ½ hour drive. As we were loading the jon boat, Eric the property owner stopped by and we had a great conversation with him about the lake structure and fishing locations. We were expecting a slow day as the first cool front had just arrived and it was somewhat windy. Fortunately it was not that windy and the bite was steady (between the two of us we probably lost 20)

water clarity was good and water temp was 74. 
 

As we left for lunch, Eric again met us and we talked about his plans for the property which sound fantastic. 
 

we fished until around 4PM.
