What an amazing lake!   This property is all it is billed to be.  If you fish the grass , youll get bites.   Most of my fish were on frogs over the grass.  Explosive blow ups.  I lost at least as many as I boated.  
Most  of my fish were 3-4 lbs with largest being a shade under 5. 
The fish were fiesty and aggressive with many coming out of the water to wallop a frog.  
His lake has become my favorite after one trip.
