3 months ago I cought my PB on Tobey Lake, and today my son cought his PB on Tobey Lake. We were together for both. Talk about memories!  All fish caught in 10-12 feet of submerged timber by the dam from 8.30-10.30am. All hunted down with live scope.  My son ran the bow and the live scope and he was rewarded with the fatties.  His 5 fish bag was 27.55 lbs and his PB of 7.25.  So his 5 bag was a PB as well! He left the 2 and 3 pounders for dad.  The bite was super slow, nothing lateral, all drifting  over the timber, scoping them and just verticle dropping on thier nose.  Any retrival at all just went right by them.  This lake fishes so different every time, but wow are these fish amazing and worth it.   There is a double digit her just waiting to be caught. The lake is cloudy and a few feet down, we didnt have any luck anywhere else on the lake.  Although we just fished in the a.m. and spent most of our time by the dam in deeper water. The boat ramp has also been improved, so a big thank you to the land owner and to PWF.
