Mike and I fished from 11:30 to 6:00.  It was a beautiful day to be on the water.  Water temp was 79 degrees, water clarity about a 1’ and a light north wind.  Agree with previous reports that the lakes look to be down about 3’.  We caught 24 bass and 1 big clam.  Of the 24, we harvested 5 and the rest were 15” to 17”.  All fat and healthy.  The two areas were we caught the majority of the fish were the south end of the main lake and the north side of the back lake.  In both spots, around the down timber were the more productive areas.  A Texas rigged fluke, a swim bait and a wacky rigged Senko were the baits that worked.  Tried an X6 crank bait out in the middle of the front lake with no results.  Really a fun property with the cannel connecting the two lakes.  The drive out through the rual areas was a treat as well.  Great property.
