As one person mentioned, the moss is a problem at the lake ( I had to paddle mostly as my trolling motor was serving as a blender). You will have to persevere if you want to have a good day. The bass are a good size and put up a great fight. I landed 6 (all nice size) and lost about the same amount. They all bent the rod pretty well.  The pink Senko 5” star landed three on it and lost at least two. I lost a couple on a green fluke and landed the other three on a swim jig(red/blue) with a little craw trailer (green pumpkin). I did not have any luck with white baits, they seemed to like color. I also had a little fun with a topwater frog (I lost all three, smh).
