Got skunked this morning. Weird weather, heavy fog, low light. Threw just about everything I could think of in multiple depths. Saw several on sonar but none were interested. Left early. Have read some good reports on this location so hopefully it was just the angler. Maybe will try again in the spring.

It’s just tough all around right now. Even in good conditions it seems like it goes fromdecent to “off” out of nowhere and you could just as well be fishing a swimming pool. I experience it every summer now, but that wasn’t the case four or five years ago.
