Fished from 7 to 2. The morning bite was definitely strong, as I caught 11 before noon. The wind picked up after lunch and I was having issues with my trolling motor, so decided to calll it an early day. I fished top water almost exclusively till about 10:30 and then switched to a fluke for the most the rest of the day. The back part of the lake had lots of weeds. Tried to fish it, but didn’t have any luck. There were 4  toads that I have seen, chasing everything I threw, however. They looked well feed and some of the biggest that I have seen.

Great property and feel fortunate that it is in the club & I got to fish it.
