Not much luck at Twin Oaks this time.  Partly cloudy, windy day with temperatures rising to the high eighties.  Bank fished the entire lake from 9:30 until 3 PM using various plastics and associated colors.  Very slow bite all day.  Caught a total of 4 bass.  Culled 2.  The largest returned was 2.25 pounds.
