Really enjoy visiting this property; still trying to figure out a topwater bite as this pond is ripe for one. We continue to find them consistently up shallow vs down in the deep end of the pond. Given all of the grass and frogs you would think a frog bite would be easy pickings but it’s not. Owner’s/ranch managers keep the place mowed and cleaned up which is always a plus. Will continue to visit this property and learn this body of water.
