I fished Saturday, July 13, from 2 - 8 pm for my first trip to Cassidy.  Caught 8 total with the three biggest ranging from 3 - 3.7 lbs.  Newer boat worked fine.

Water temp: 89

Clarity: Slightly stained at 2 feet

Wind: 8 to 12 mph

Had the best luck using a weightless wacky rig senko & jerk bait, along the grass line, halfway down, left of the dock. Late in the day, caught 3 on a jointed swim bait all by the dock area. One bass caught on a YM topwater from the dock at closing time after I loaded the car.  Lost two more at the boat.

Nothing on chatter baits, crank baits, jigs, lizard or spinner baits.

Fish seemed to fight harder than their weight class. Very enjoyable day and hope to return again soon.
