Big fish came at Sunrise – 4lb on Texas Rig ‘Worms for Warriors’ Senko. The lake was active with plenty of unders – The big fish were lazy and deep and not interested in the Hover Rig or Cranks.

I was there with Jim this time. Great property with plenty of cover and structure options. Over a dozen bass caught fast swimming a Watermelon Red Super Fluke out from the shore over to the grass edge where they got hammered. Also caught a bunch throwing a Sexy Shad lipless crank in to schoolies busting bait balls down by the dam. As he said, the big bite was off even though we went deep with cranks in cover.
