At the lake by 6:30, hooked up on the first cast from shore. Rest of the morning was good with fish hitting all around the lake. Managed to catch one among the trees. Only thing they would hit were wacky senko’s. Tried frogs, brush hogs, rattle trap, under spin and a few other lures with out any luck. Fish seemed to be about 15 to 20 feet out from shore. Left around 10:30 due to heat getting up there. Another pleasant morning at Malouf.
