It was our first time out to this beautiful property. We got to the water at 6am and fished til noon. Good early morning activity on Topwater near the dock and grass areas by the dam. Water visibility was good; around 1-2ft. Surprisingly caught catfish slow rolling 2.8 Keitech swim baits by the dam. Of the LMB, they were healthy and most from 1-3.5lbs and 1 5.5lbs 22in, pictured below. Got hot around 1030a, and the bite shutoff. Took my son who’s 6 and he caught 3 bass on a whopper plopper and rattle trap. He had a blast.
