My son and I got to the lake at 7am and ended up extending our AM fish to a full day (thanks Scott!). We caught 24 bass and 2 crappie. We caught a couple on frogs early and then the bite died off until about 11am and then it was game on until 1pm. Most of the fish were caught just opposite side of the duck blind to the right side of the cove by the brushpile. My son caught 10 including a 3lb PB for him which made it a special day. Right before we left around 4 i decided to throw a red hardknocker and caught my PB at just over 6lbs by the dam. What a day! These are exactly the memories we were hoping to make when we joined earlier this year. We’re already talking about getting our next PB soon. Thanks to the PWF team and to the land owner for this great lake!
