Got on the lake at 7:00 AM and started throwing my trusty Yellow Magic popper. The bite was on! Caught 11 with the largest two being 19” and 20” (my scale wouldn't work) healthy bass. At 8:45 it was like the fishing gods flipped a switch and it was over. I fished till I got hot around 12:30 PM. I only caught 4 more on various lures with no pattern to them. 
 

The lake was full and based on the high water mark had been much higher. Water temps were 78 to 82 degrees.
